My fiberglass boat is on a freshwater lake thru the summer months then trailered to my shop for the winter. Is there an easy to apply bottom paint that will last a season or two?

John: Check with others on the lake. Out in Wyoming mountains at least, bottom paint is not needed. A little brushing might be enough in other areas. Maybe its our short summers or our colder waters? Dick

Multi season ablative
I use a multi season ablative. I'm in LIS, but I would use the same even if I went to the Great Lakes. WM's Multi season has held up well for me over two seasons with only light touchups between seasons.

VC 17
VC 17 is a great freshwater paint. It is so thin that it can build up indefinately w/o the need to remove old coats. Once it is on your boat, all you need to do to put another coat on is to wipe it down w/thinner to clean it and soften it a little so the new caot adheres - no sanding! Drawback is you will have to take your hull down to fiberglass to apply it. On Lake Michigan it is pretty much the bottom paint of choice.
