Thanks all for your thoughts and suggestions. I added 23 bags of lead shot to starboard. Half under a false floor in the closet in the rear berth and the other half under the dinette seat on the outboard side which balance the added ballast fore and aft. Boat is now level (even with my junk in the storage lockers which are all on the port side). Great design on the e36 with tons of storage space but all to port. I consider this issue a design flaw by Hunter. I am submitting my receipts for reimbursement. After all when you buy a boat you sort of expect it to float, and be balanced when in a neutral state. By the way, 25 lb bags of lead shot dont take up a lot of space and they conform to whatever curved or other odd shapeed surfaces you place them on unlike lead bricks.
