either way take a trip through an auto parts store, they have fabric dye and also vinyl dyes, fabric is pretty easy if you can unzip and throw the covers in the washer. also, spray lacquer works great on both if you use light coats. Ken

You might find more experienced people and more product selection. Get some advice from someone who has done it. You wouldn't go to a baker to get your diesel engine rebuilt, would you?? Careful about using a washing machine!! Things washed later may come out tinted.
