I bought my 1975 O'Day 27 this summer after it had been launched and the mast stepped. The season is about over on Lake Ontario and it's time to think about dropping the mast. There doesn't seem to be a pin for the mast to set on or pivot on. Can anyone help me about how the mast is stepped and or what the best/safest method is to get it down? Any info would be great!
