I am sorry that I have not thought this completely through to patent application stage. However, I can see problems in the present system which is not perfect.
In the typical harbor of eastern Long Island there are hundreds and hundreds of moored and anchored boats and at best 1 pump out boat to serve them all. Sag Harbor has one gas dock and so it's crazy to get water or fuel at it on a summer day... you have to cue up.
So matching up schedules with the PO boat becomes or could become an issue. If there was another more flexible system it could solve that problem... perhaps.
I am not defending the idea, I am trying to discuss it and the discussion will reveal how the present system works, or its weaknesses.
