Dripping Jabsco Selector Handle

I replaced my Jabsco Toilet Pump Handle Assembly a year ago. This year I have a very annoying drip of Seawater at the Selector Handle. It‘s not a flood of water but it is enough to have to wipe it up. Every time it is used. Regardless of the position, bring water in or exhaust water out to holding tank.
What’s inside there and can it be replaced? Or is it a compete Handle assembly replacement ?

If I recall, the service kit contains a new gasket/flapper for the selector. Here's the part number for the kit I use: 29045-300 for toilets 29090/29120-3000.

If the water is leaking out of the selector switch shaft, that seal is just an o-ring ..It could be found at an Ace Hardware or Depot or Lowes..
Kappy is correct on the service kit.. it does contain that small o-riing as well as the other stuff.. The flapper gasket may be leaking in that area..

The problem is that O ring #22 is leaking.

Initially, slather the old O ring with a NON-PETROLEUM grease such as SuperLube :

........... and see if that works.

If not, see if you can find a replacement O ring at a hardware store or Amazon. The Jabsco repair kit is about the same price as a whole new head.

If you can't find the correct size O ring, fabricate the correct size from an oversize O ring using Krazy Glue to adhese the ends. Check You Tube for some ideas

Rebuilding is not hard. The cost of a rebuild kit is about 1/3 the cost of a new head. $80 to $90 bucks vs $260 or so for a new head. There are several good youtube video showing the rebuild.
