Sorry Seadance, you'll only get information about your manufacturer, year, and hull number. Most people can go directly to their manufacturers' web site to get the information you want, or you can guesstimate with homemade plumb line (I suggest using the top boot stripe, which will be realistic when the boat is fully laden with gear and people).

If it's a Catalina, you will be very fortunate, you can go to the Catalina website and get all the specs including the engine serial number and sometimes the previous owners coments if he was a member of that website. I'm not sure about any other brands. Tony B
