draft for 17 ft Newport

I just bought a 1987 Newport (17ft long). In order to moor it, I need to know the draft with the centerboard up and with it down. Thanks! Paul from Norwich, CT

Easy way to find out. Very gently

run it up on the beach and have a yard stick handy. When she touches measure the depth, hop out and push her off.
