Just sold a Montgomery 15. Was a great boat. Sailed her all over Oregon in lakes and rivers. Like backpacking on the water. 1.5 foot of draft. Excellent boat for solo sailer, but bed will accommodate 2. She found a home with an 80 year old in Idaho. 
Easy to load-unload and trail. Used my Vanagon, Subaru Forester, and pickup to haul her everywhere. Also comes in a 17foot model, but I became a believer in the M15.
