I assume that you are using a PC. There are several ways to capture video from youtube and other such sites. Here is a video tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kROemCVsWA0 to do it without any software and here is a link to some free software http://atube-catcher.dsnetwb.com/ge...-Page.html?seguro=1&credITO=forEX-tern&auto=1 . Also if you do a google search for " download youtube videos " , you will find much more info.
