i had this boat refurnishing for 1 year ,the name plate said :builded in columbia so. carolina, by jack a. helm, one disign #..., it come with bill of sell & technical instructions for : dolphin 25 retract. keel, regist. as 1972 helm 25" i cant have more inf. about before launch. it was a rudder originally ? the weith of metal need a special care? & ??????? appreciate your advaise dolphin or helm ? p.s. sorry my ,english.
