Sad to hear that the marinas don't care about their customers. It is NOT that way here. They WILL replace a snapped dock line in a storm as long as it is reasonably safe to walk the docks, will make every effort to get in contact you and, they WILL try to get your boat out of the water if you develop that sinking feeling & have left the trailer in their storage so that they can get to it (even 28+ foot boats must have trailers here).
