I went down to the marina today, where my 170 has been dry-sailing since October. We took the cover off, and everything topside looked dry, but when we tipped the trailer we got several gallons of water out of the inside of the hull. We checked the cup holders. They were still sealed and the drain hoses hooked up (at least to the point we could effortlessly run a fine wire down the drain hoses). The only holes in the hull were the holes on the forward bulkhead where the hinge for the hard cuddy cover would have been screwed in.What's up? Does this boat MAKE water? I'm a bit nervous, since I'm planning on keeping the boat in the water (not water in the boat) this season.Has anyone else had the same experience? Any thoughts out there?
