I think Schnool regrets selling his Capri 22. As they say, you can buy a bigger boat, but you will never "move up"

On another more serious note, it looks like the turning blocks for the halyards are mounted differently on the
MK II then the MK I boats.

I prefer calling it a CP-25, not a C-25. Much like you folks call yours the CP-22 instead of the C-22 for the same reason.
The Capri 25 is a dinosaur of design, it's what happens when you come off of years of IOR design, then try to design something for MORC. You wind up with a totally different way of thinking.
I'd like to compare the Capri 25 to the 22, but honestly there is no comparison... The Capri 25 is faster for sure, but it's a trickier boat to sail well, and in certain conditions the Capri 22 can KILL the 25.
I am just "figuring out" the Capri 25, and NO I'd not go back to the 22, but not because I don't like it... I'd actually love to get my hands on a 26ft version of the 22. No the Capri 26 doesn't work (it's a tank), although if I were into cruising, I'd consider it.
