Does Anyone Know What This Wire Controls?

This is a red and white wire located behind the wood panel in the aft cabin port side. I just noticed it is disconnected butIm not sure if I should go ahead and reconnect it. Any clues will be appreciated.

Is there maybe a 2-digit number on it that you can reference the wiring diagram to? Or do you even have the owner's manual/diagram?
