i found this boat online for saleand it said it was an Albin 19 but when I looked it up nothing showed up if anyone could tell me what it is that would be awesome

It is an Albin Vega 57, which is marketing for a 5.7 meter boat which is a bit over 18'.

First stop when searching for boat information is SailboatData.com.

Search for Albin and then look for a boat that is close to the length you were told it was.

A dandy little boat! The windows below the rub rail are a nice touch. Seems like it would be a great daysailer or overnighter.
