Does anyone know what kind of Furler this is?

It came off from a Catalina 30. I would like to use it on the Luger 30. There are no markings on it but it seems to be well made. The sail is in pretty good shape.

It could be an early Schaefer unit, with a wire luff sewn in the sail. There were other brands of similar construction, but since they haven't made them in a very long time, I would guess that the sail is equally ancient, no matter how nice it may look. I am not trying to be snarky or anything, but personally, and just my own preference and opinion, I wouldn't take it if it was free.

It's not a Schaefer. They had something similar, but made of stainless and not aluminum. I've been doing this a long time and do not know the manufacturer, but to no avail. Parts would not be available for it and like someone said, it is antiquated and not worth much. But, if it works, that's all that matters.

The reason I am inquiring is that I would like to get the manual for it. The mechanism is pretty simple and does not look like it will need parts soon. The sail is sit pretty crisp. The sacrificial strip does not match the canvas colors that I want to end up with but that is changeable. I am more interested in the performance of the what appears to be a 150 genoa. I have a 150 on a foiled furler on the C27 that works fine. Not the greatest sail shape when furled in, but it works and is very handy especially when approaching Catalina Island.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
