Does anyone know a sailor named Theron Male from The Chesapeake Bay?

My brother-in-law sailed with him before he sold his boat. While out the motor quit so they sailed back from the bay and the guy backed his 42' sailboat, the Impulsive, into his slip under sail.
In my book that is the stuff of which legends are made.
