Most dodgers are made locally, as they have fairly tight tolerances and for whatever reasons, the companionway area of boats seems to change unpredictably within the model run.
There are a couple of sources of online, pre-patterned dodgers, but based on our experience trying to sell them some years ago, your best bet is having a local canvas shop come out to the boat, measure, and install for you.
I see your in Chicago but Iversons is the best that I've seen (http://iversonsdesign.com/itop_photos.html). They are pricy but a work of art. When they were installing mine they mentioned that they were making one for someone and sending it to them to install.
An Iverson designed dodger would never look like the one from that Boats.com website. Their dodger start around $3500 but can go to $4k-5k very easily. I doubt you would find a better looking one at any price.
