We pay $5.75/ft. This includes the water and electricity. Owners live on the premises so security is good. This equates to $69/ft year round. There are no marina maintenance type facilities (lifts or whathaveyou). Very pleasant atmosphere and only a few feet to sailing.

Makes one think

As i have just started to look around at slips and cost, reading this thread is making me think of.... trailerboat? sounds like the cost the boat is less than a slip.

Michael, County Docks?

We have a trailerable boat a h23 and we moor it at a county run facility on the lake. It costs $365.00 for the season which runs from april to about the middle or end of september. Then we haul it home and it doesn't cost anything to store it for the winter. Rob Morton S/V Euphoria

$9.85 /foot - (256 month) Marina Del Rey, CA "D" Basin- Near the Cheesecake Factory. Chicks dig it) Relatvely well maintained. Great people. Mostly creative types from the film and televison industries.

We are in a very popular marina with lots of activities. Floating dock is $7.50 ft/month with a 12 mo lease. Includes water and basic cable, and .08 per kw/hr for elec. Facility has a pool, good showers/heads, and great tenants.
