Before everything, thanks for the advice. The wife had a ball, she must have said about 1,000 times "i told you so". Yes, we were debating this one, LOL. I will follow advice of the majority here and agree with my spouse. Since, at this day and age I can't afford mistakes, LOL. Don't need to hear those 4 words again either, lol, heard the anough this past couple of days. LOL.
Now, back to business. A local sailor said that this one was Ok and to make an offer. Please advice what do you guys think, what to look for while inspecting, any insights of this boat will be greatly appreciated.
