Distance between gudgeons, '89 Catalina 22

Replacing broken 3/8" pintile with upgraded 1/2" set from Catalina direct...bottom line is boat and rudder are in different states, marked location on rudder but wanted a measure twice drill once kind of day. I came up with 12" separation on my marks. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks, Bill

You may get a better response if you went to Catalina and asked them for the data. I could not find any ine drawings that would identify the exact measurement.

Personally, I would wait till I was at the boat to drill the holes.
