Put the whole bunch of these criminals in Guantanamo

PeterSea and I were discussing this case and we both agree that all of these criminals should be water boarded in Guantanamo for their crimes. If this happened in New Englans I guarantee Barney Frank would have straightened out this mess. In between town hall meetings he would have acted to get these criminals declared terrorists.

the only thing that oj trial and dinius trial had in common were the fact they were held in kalifornikation.
dinius was a guest.
owner went to pee---should have peed overboard
per-duck was drunk and a sheriff
sheriff had his crew fudge the facts
\case was made against dinius because per duck is a sheriff and district atty and all per-duck's crew were in on protecting per-duck
per-duck was going waaaaay tooo fast for conditions
per-duck admitted this fact
per-duck was witnessed top be drinking cocktails immediately prior to his murder run that evening
per-duck didnt have a blood alcohol test on record
per-duck killed a lady who was gf of owner of sailboat
sailboat was adrift in becalmed situation
sailboat had lights on
sailboat was legal
per-duck was not legal
case against dinius had to be dismissed or him found acquitted because the whole thing was a sham--and only thing anyone could fault sailboat with was having dinius at helm while owner/skipper was peeing in head instead of overboard.
therefore-----lesson is -=--DO NOT GO TO PEE IN HEAD WHEN BECALMED ON A LAKE IN KALIFORNIKATION-- a sheriff will be drinking and kill your gf......go figger.....

This is obviously a case of law enforcement abuse. Too bad Dinius had to spend a bunch of money to get himself out of a jam he never put himself in. This is the the dark side of our legal system, which normally serves us reasonably well.
