I have a small snark that I use as a dingy, rows or sails, it is a foam type hull with plastic or vinyl coating, in some places the covering has started to come away from or loosen up from the foam, does anyone know of a method for fixing this problem, Thanks Mike B

Fiberglass

you can recover with fiberglass. We did a boat like this it it turned out fine. It cost us about $100.00. We used polester resin because it was cheaper vs expoxy. Good Luck

My snark was.....

purchased in 1971! It was my first boat and it is in mint condition.I currently have a HUNTER 31. My father and I(I was 13 at the time) fiberglassed the outside and we used epoxy and yellow canvas for the inside(resulting in a non skid surface) At that time KOOL cigarettes was running a promotion for it. In 1971 it was $88.00 plus two proof of purchase of Kool cigarette cartons (shipping included!!). Granted the sail says Kool in green and white, but my 8 year old and 6 year are having a blast with it just as I did. I know this doesn't answer your question but I thought you'd enjoy the story.
