Cruise N' Carry Outboard, (12lbs)
I keep a 12lb, 1.5 H/P, Cruise N' Carry, 2 Cycle Outboard Motor on my Hunter 260 as a back up motor. Plan on using on an inflatable when I get one. I can only say good things about the motor. It has an air cooled (not water cooled) motor and this is the reason why it is so light. It reminds me of a weed wacker with a propeller on the end. When I use on my canoe, I actually have white water comming of the bow. Even though they went out of production in the early 70's you can still find them on the internet. I also know they have a 2.5 H/P version available and I have heard rumors of a 6 H/P. Good Luck!
