ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO SECURE A GOOD HOISTING SYSTEM ON THE OUTBOARD MOTOR TO LIFT IT INTO THE BOAT VIA THE REAR DINGY DAVIT.

I second the Forespar recommendation

The company is located in California and will ship. The sling design is a very simple one and works great. Easy to use as opposed to the one from West Marine made by Davis.
