Well, at the risk of my secret stash place becoming well-known, we are used to placing our dink upside down on the cabin top. I bought a thick carpet welcome mat, placed it on the cabin top roughly in the center of where the dink resides. We lift both with the spare jib halyard, first the 15hp outboard. We lay her down on the mat, then upend the dink over the top. No one can steal what they never realize is there to begin with.
