I have a Mercury hard bottom inflatable with (unfortunately) PVC for pontoons. The problem is that the pontoons have totally separated from the Fiberglas hull. I've read the threads on patching the tubes but haven't seen anything on this separation problem. Anyone have any ideas on repairing this thing or is the two part glue the best method? Considering the age of the dinghy (12 years) it may not be worth the trouble, but it holds air in the pontoons really well and I don't give up that easily!

Dennis- this isn't going to be the magic answer, but maybe a bit of help- I have read several articles on the internet on " repairing PVC inflatables ". Try a google search for that. My problem is a small puncture leak in one pontoon- under the water line of course. I have learned that two part cement is better- so I would use that.
