dinghy and barnacles

Hi all,

does anybody have any experience with removing barnacles from a rubber
dinghy?

We had a nice seven week sail along the norwegian and swedish coast this
summer, but when we took our Zodiac up, it had a lot of barnacles
underneath.
I used a stiff brush to get rid of the barnacle-house, but that left white
circles
that are really hard to remove. Is there any miracle remedy that I can use
without damaging the rubber?

The circles won't hurt anything, so I say leave them.
If that doesn't suit there are a number of cleaning products out
there that should do the job. Just read the label and make sure it
safe for rubber.
