Dinghy air leak repair advice

See attached for the location of an air leak in my new/used Highfield rollup dinghy. It's on the inside bottom, front, port corner, right where the two seams meet. There's a Newport youtube video that mentions using an adhesive glue from the repair kit, three coats then leave for 24 h, but the links to the kit are no longer valid. This product also seems to get some "love" online.

Any advice/tips?

Also, notice how the stitching has broken for the edge there - that's the case all along and down the sides. Normal?

I can’t help you with the leak issue as I will normally use a reputable repair service for anything other than a chaffed area or surface scuff. I believe you’ll find the threads are just fraying from the edge. I trim them up with scissors and call it a day.

That's going to tough to patch correctly, I would seek professional help, usually not too expensive.
