Does anyone know the approximate measurements for a 140 or 150 genoa for a S299?

Does anyone know a good place to purchase same for a roller furling system?

thanks,
Dan

Give the I, P, E and J measurements to any sailmaker and they can build you any sail you need for your boat. While the above sailmaker's specs are probably accurate, it is usually a good idea to give them some forestay pin to pin measurements, or anything they might request and of course the type and model of furler you have on your boat.

Yes but for what size genoa???
Gulfman...... You need to do a little research on HOW sails are measured. Here's a start, google for more:

A "140" means that the area of the sail is 140 Percent larger than the area of the boat's foredeck triangle. The easy way is to simply express the "LP" (length perpendicular or sail triangle height) of the sail as 140 percent of the "J" (the deck level side of the boat's foretriangle).
