I am currently having a hard time finding marinas or boatyard in miami area who could use crane to put the mast in the place and rig it and put it in the water at once..I have hired a trailer driver to drive it all way to miami or west palm beach, but only found one marina who could do all these things and it is pretty pricey..anyone know a situation like this?

Where are you trailering it from? There a few marinas in the Fort Pierce area that can do all that, but they're about 90- 170 miles north of where you're looking. I'm sure that there has to be something in the Miami area. Nothing is cheap when you get down there.

What kind of a boat is this? I can't help, but I am curious. You would think someone in Miami would do whatever you needed.

Welcome to boat ownership:)

If the marina can launch the boat with the mast up or you can find another ramp, try a sign company. The almost always have cranes than can handle the weight of a mast and are used to handling awkward, expensive objects. Their cranes usually sit around a lot and they are glad of some extra money; especially in this economy.

The marina at Port Mayaca/Indiantown on the St.Lucie Canal handles mast stepping; I have a Canadian friend who places his Gemini catamaran there for spring and summer layup storage, then splashes it in the fall for fall and winter cruising in the Keys and Bahamas.
