I've heard there's a difference between an O'Day 19 and an O'Day Mariner. Can anyone outline what those differences are? Just curious.

There are a bunch of 19 foot boats

Tim - There are at least four 19 foot O'days out there. The Rhodes 19 and Mariner are both build on the same hull. The Rhodes is essentially a daysailer/dayracer with covered storage. The Mariner had a basic cuddy cabin that went through several iterations. Then there was the O'day 19, from the late 1970's I don't know much about this boat. Finally, there was the O'day 192 from the eighties. This was a modernized boat typical of others of the period though with more room than most boats its size, the trade off is serious windage from high hull sides. Justin - O'day Owners' Web

Differences

I have a Mariner 19 (1969). If I not mistaken one of the differences could be that the Mariner has a bulkhead and pass through and the 19 has an open cabin.
