I have some teak trim that I was able to strip the old varnish and epoxy from. I planed it and it looks like new now but it has a diesel smell from a spill that occured by the PO. Does anyone know how to get the smell out of teak? Tim R.

I would sand and oil it...

If you have the time, the best thing you can do is lay it out in the sun. Nothing kills odors like sunshine.
