Is anyone aware of courses on can take to learn the ins and outs of diesel engines.I had info about one in my area and lost it. I'm located on the upper Chesepeake Bay area or around the Wilmington/ Philadelphia area. If any one out there has taken one of these courses designed for the sail boat owner your opinion on their value would be appreciated. I sail an 85 cat with a univeral mx25. thanks

Dave...Try to locate a USPS (United States Power & Sail Squadron)in your area.They should have an Engine Maintenance Course that will help you.Good Luck...

Mack Boring?

I vaguely remember a seminar at a boat show in the past given by Mack Boring (sp?) and I thought they were from the NJ area. I also think they said they give classes over the winter. You might try giving they a call.Good Luck.
