FYI. I mentioned elsewhere I thought Volvo made a diesel saildrive unit. It's actually Yanmar. Since OMC is having problems, since butting a 'regular' diesel is cost prohibitive, and if (like me) you despise the notion of using an outboard, this might be a practical alternative.
