Did someone say deck lights?

On the service panel I noticed a breaker for something they call 'deck lights'. I tried the switch at night and saw nothing topside. Does anyone know where this deck light lives or should live? I am puzzled where to even begin looking for a wire, socket or clue of its existence. Does anyone actually have a deck light that is working or is there a socket/outlet of some type hooked to this breaker?

On my boat,the deck lights are on the spreaders to light up the deck . Cockpit lights do just that,light in the cockpit and by the walk through transom.

On mine it is a 20 watt bulb on the underside of the steaming light which shines downwards.
FWIW this part of my steaming light is completely unsealed and had no cover glass over the bulb so corrosion is a certainty.
Have modified it now.
