Looking at their solid fuel heater DMF-00-NEWSF

Can you install one of these bad boys in your boat and be abyc compliant

Will the insurance company /surveyour poop if they see one in your boat?
Looks like a good unit

Installed according to instructions it will pass a survey without problems. The diesel Newport may be a better choice for reliable heat though.
