Good luck... I also bought my H22 after the p/o had let it sit for years. Mine is in decent shape, but requires quite a few things to be replaced. Lines and mainsail are mostly sun rotted (easy fixes). The hatch/portlights and side windows all leak (I have already fixed those). But the major replacement will be the keel, which had snapped in half. I am doing a haul out sometime in the next couple weeks, where I will replace the keel (I bought a new one from Foss Foam) and then paint the bottom. Mine sits in the water 24x7.
Besides this forum, there is also hunter22.net which is trying to get going (no affiliation with them, but a plug none the less)
