My main has a large diagonal crease, more pronounced upwind. It remains regardless of the basic adjustments - halyard, cunningham, etc. Any suggestions on how to remove the crease?
I assume this is a loose footed main. It could be an optical illusion, but it looks like the foot, about 1/3 back is somehow captured or caught so that the tack and the clew are above the boom but the center of the main is not loose footed, distorting the shape of the sail.
Try adjusting the line in the luff that holds the first sail slug (above the tack). I've seen that do weird things to the sail shape. Also do you get any resistance when you raise the main when you get to the spreaders? One other thing is the way the cunningham is rigged, try putting a stopper knot of some sort at the high point rather than the loop that is there.

Lots of hits for a web search for shrunken bolt ropes.
Agree with the the two above it does look like the vang is on and the leech is tight thus possibly preventing a full hoist.
Also as mentioned the reef line also looks too tight.
Just read this on the UIlman Sails tuning guide: "To determine your maximum backstay adjustment, pull the backstay on until the main develops wrinkles from the middle of the mast to the clew. Place a couple of marks on the backstay for a quick visual reference. This will be your maximum backstay adjustment. "
