if you are going to live on board. The bugs are pretty bad this time of year. Be sure to visit Horn Island (Walter Anderson's insiration http://www.walterandersonmuseum.org/). You can get information form the GINS rangers. The link has a map of the entire region (Regional Map). I live just east of Park Road on the Davis Bayou map. I'm new to the area (originally from New Orleans). Should have my 20 ready to sail by end of month.
