When Catalina uses the term Designed Weight what does that mean or include?

Good question and I don't know the answer as I have never been involved in their design process. I have wanted to see this number standardized in the industry as it is not. I use the Mmoc condition described by the ISO regulations. That is as close to sailing ready condition that I have seen spelled out.
