I AM THINKING OD RELOCATING MY DEPTH TRANSDUCER..REASON..I CAN NOT LOCATE A SR MARINER TRANSDUCER AND IT SEEMS THAT YOU MUST HAVE MATCHING INSTRUMENT WITH TRANSDUCER...ANY SUGGESTIONS???? I HAVE A 1982 33FT HUNTER IN KEMAH TEXAS

I have been reliably told, but don't know for a fact, that there is some interchangeability, as long as the frequency, etc., is right. I think it may be one of those deals where the same people make lots of different transducers. Why not pursue this a bit more, maybe with the best electronic guy you can contact?
