My marina neighbor has a Cat 30 for sale at what seems to be a bargain price. The problem is the foredeck suffers from delamination. The wood core gets wet when there'e water topside from rain or rough sea. Is it possible to correct the delamination? Can I do it myself? I have the time, but not lots of money. Thanks in advance!

Here's one option

Worst case, you will need to replace the wood core, here's a description of one such project: http://www.triton381.com/projects/restoration/recore.html . If the delimination isn't extensive and the core isn't rotten, I think you can also inject epoxy after a good drying out. If you want to see how to rebuild a boat the right way, the whole Glissandro rebuild project is described here: http://www.triton381.com/. Great rebuild reference website.
