All, Boat: 1976 Catalina 27 Well the 3 square foot delamination that the previous owner didn't fix, and I did the drill and squirt epoxy into has gotten worse. It is about 4-5 square foot now running from about 3 inches in from the sliding hatch along one side almost to the front pop up hatch. It is not quite to the mast yet. I realize this is a big job, and was hoping for some advice. I've never done any glassing before and I assume the mast must come down (also a first for me) to be honest I'd rather have a yard do it if they didn't charge twice the boats worth. So my question is two fold: 1) Anyone who has tackled a delamination this big before have any advice? 2) Anyone know of a yard in the Long Beach/San Pedro/Wilmington area they'd recommend for a job like this?
