I'm not sure where and how your tank might come out but I have a 32 with easy access to the fuel tank and the original was already replaced but small (12 GAL) so I replaced mine with a 24 gal plastic and got it from West Marine, here's a link to a place I found for my water and holding tanks and they sell fuel tanks too

Since you asked, Mirax fuel products has direct replacement tanks for the Oday 27. You will need to measure your tank L X W X H. Then go to www.miraxfuelproducts.com and see the chart for rectangular tanks. I will be purchasing the AH12 model in the next few weeks to replace the steel tank in my 27. I don't know if the diesel was the same as the gas version but with the gas version it fits in the existing cradle with filler neck alignment in the same place. I wasn't keen on the plastic tanks due to permeation of odors through the plastic even though there were assurances these were not vapors that could lead to an explosion.

The tank manufacturer on Karma, an 1981 ODay 34, is Florida Marine Tanks as Dave indicates above. They pulled the plans for the original tank and built me another one, using thicker metal and painted the tank for more corrosion protection. Cost for the 30 gallon tank was in the $300 range.

I would expect that you'll find that they also manufactured your's. If not I'm sure that Ruddy @ D&R can point you in the right direction.

The question is will you replace with the original capacity or reduce the capacity to insure a fresh fuel supply from season to season?
