I jumped on it too. I just got an e-mail from Defender saying that there maybe a delay in shipping due to the large volume of sales. They also mentioned people shopping at their store got first priority and there maybe some possibility of back orders due to inventory adjustments.
I just got the same email. Half the portlights I ordered are on backorder. Guess I'll start with the one's I'll get and after I screw them up the replacements will arrive.
Yes, I just placed an order on Friday. 2 quarts of Semco teak sealer and a can of Sail Kote.
Pretty good prices; hope they are in stock and ship this week! Noticed that they typically have same day shipement; however, because of the big sale, they are not shipping for four days until all the commotion subsides.

Went to the warehouse on Friday and it was a zoo! Everybody got along though, and with some patience my son and I spent to save well beyond what I thought possible .
Great place with a lot of vendor reps there to help when needed.

Defender always does a good job on the spring sale.
Lots of store folks around to keep things flowing. Having the manufacturers reps on site helps, always looking to pic their brains. Got some good tips from petite, forespar and ronca folks. Oh, and did drop some$$.

I placed an order with them last week. I got the delayed due to big sale email as expected. Just got the email telling me my order has shipped with no back orders.

I was there on friday afternoon spent a boatload of money also . You can,t beat the bottom paint prices especially... Its like a boat show, I think there were as many reps booths and employees as us buyers. I got a lot of great deals. Worth the 2.5 hr drive, its an experience. Red
