Deck repair around New Bern, Nc

I recently ripped out a chain plate due to a bas bulkhead. I have removed the bulkhead and had a cabinet maker friend help me repair that. I am at rhe point where i need to have the deck repaired
Iam looking for any suggestions on where i can get the deck repaired in the New bern Oriental, Nc area.

Oriental has a very nice local website called TownDock.net

It is sort of like a local version of craigs list but it has not been hijacked. I've posted lost and found there once and was super surprised at how nice and responsive the people there are. I'm sure if you post this question there, you will get some first-hand local advice on who does the best work in the area.

Check out the talent at Sailcraft Service, Oriental. They have two of the best fiberglass guys in the area, won't be cheap.

PS my 38' Sabre is on the hard there and I'v been in and out of their yard over the last 4 years and have seen there work first hand.

When I was in New Boring, NC Hatteras Yachts had a big facility there. I should think it would be no problem to get one of their professionals to give you a hand on the weekend. Might be a bit expensive, but better quality you might be hard pressed to find anywhere else in that area, or for many miles in either direction.

Ditto for Sailcraft. And relative to most everywhere else in the country, it WILL be cheap. I had some glass work done and they were very good, proficient and much less $ than I expected.
Call Alan and dont look back.

I agree; Sailcraft in Oriental.. a good buddy has a Beany Toe right across the bayou from them.. They have done fine work for him..

I use to own American Marine & Sail Supply if you recall that company and used Sailcraft exclusively in Oriental. Many to include me rate them A+ and very reasonable. Will you advise them I am alive and well and say hello to a dear friend, Allen. He owns Sailcraft.
