I want to re-core the deck on my Bristol 24 from the deck house to the bow. Is it possible to remove the entire outer skin in one piece, without destroying it? Any suggestions?

I've never seen it happen. This does not mean it can't, but the probability is very, very, very low. The inherent problem you'll have is the skin will still be quite well adhered, in lots of places, despite it being quite wet.

You're best to re-core where the moisture and bad soundings are and then to re-laminate, fair and finish the new deck. I'd be very surprised if the entire deck was wet..
