I need to replace the deck plate on my manual rudder opening on my '83 O'Day. The opening measures exactly 4" but the new Beckson and Bomar 4" deck plates actually are 4 1/2" and are too wide for this space. Does anyone know where I can find the same size OEM replacement?

Replacement decking plates

Of course, you can make your own to specs. Do you know a decent wood-worker with lots of "toys" in his shop? Most sawmills will carry the wood you need. This is NOT a big project.
